Important Things to Do AFTER Microblading Eyebrow Appt:

  • Wash the brows 3 hrs after getting them microbladed with antibacterial soap. Splash with water to rinse, pat dry with paper towel. Let air dry for 5 minutes. Then put ointment on with clean fingers.
  • Apply the aftercare ointment given for 3 days with freshly washed hands or a Q-Tip.
  • Please wash your face carefully around the eyebrow without getting water on the treated area. During the shower, keep your face away from the shower-head or take a bath.
  • Do Not rub, pick or scratch the treated area. Let any scabbing or dry skin naturally exfoliate off. Picking can cause scarring and pigment loss.
  • Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning beds for a minimum of 4 weeks after your procedure.
  • Avoid getting your brows wet for 10 days with direct water.  Avoid pool, sauna, steam rooms, hot showers and/or hot baths for 10 days. You may shower, but try to avoid getting water directly on your brows for those first 10 days.
  • Avoid heavy sweating for a full 10 days. This may cause pigment to fade faster.
  • Try to Avoid sleeping on your face/brows for the first 10 days.
  • No makeup, skincare products, or facials to be used on the treated area for two weeks.
  • No botox for 4 weeks if applicable.
  • Eyebrow tinting should not be done till after 2 weeks (if applicable).
  • Avoid Retin-A, Chemical Peels and Microderms around the brow area once healed for at least 2 weeks (If applicable).
